Personal Training

I offer semi-private and small group (3-4 persons) training on site at my own small private gym (NXT LVL Performance) in Laurel, MD. Included in all personal training packages are: 

  • Individualized Plans

  • Education

  • Non-Training Day workout routines

  • Nutritional Guidance

  • Support/accountability and likeminded Community

  • Recovery techniques

Packages/Pricing:

1 session per week - $180 per month

2 session per week - $320 per month

3 session per week - $420 per month

EVERY ATHLETE NEEDS TO TRAIN. Are you in need of physically improving and preparing yourself or your team for the current or upcoming season? Each program will be specifically designed for your athletes needs and goals. Every program is designed to improve the following:

  • Strength

  • Power/ Explosiveness

  • Speed

  • Conditioning

  • Body Composition

  • Coordination

  • Lowering injury risk/occurrence
