My Mission
My goal has always been to help others transform their lives physically, as well as mentally by broadening their spectrum of what they believe is possible for themselves. I wanted to create a place where you can come to get easy to digest knowledge, tips and viewpoints from a personal trainer and performance coach that was tired of reading/finding conflicting information. This is some of things I wish I had known early on in my quest of bettering myself, and I am sharing it with you.
